I didn't realize how big my hope was this round until I saw the results last Wednesday morning and sobbed. My sorrow has been great and I am working to find ways to channel my energy into helping those who will need it most.
I feel very similarly, Michele. I kept waiting for the moment the tides would turn. And they didn't. And then I was heartbroken and full of unbridled anger. I'm trying to turn that energy into more positive action, and I will continue to have hope that we will do what we can to make the world better.
